At Dimples, we aim to provide a safe, caring and fun environment for the children in our care.
We will only employ staff who demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine love of children.
We will endeavor to provide our staff with opportunities to train, therefore ensuring their knowledge of children’s development is always current and that their level of care is of a very high quality.
Through an active partnership with parents, we aim to liaise with parents in order that continuity of care is consistent and that both children and parents are happy.
We recognise the fact that all children are individuals and should be treated as such. By providing a varied and stimulating play environment, we aim to nurture each child’s development at a pace suitable for their needs.
We aim to provide a fully inclusive provision where all children and families are welcome.
With the support of our professional staff, we aim to encourage children to grow emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually.
We recognize the importance of outdoor play and will endeavor to promote this whenever possible.
A beautiful quote from the famous theorist Froebel describes how children are wonderful as individuals and amazing when together with their peers. At Dimples we believe that the children learn a great deal by mixing with the other children and staff within their rooms, from other rooms and with the many supervised visitors to the nursery.
‘Children are like tiny flowers, they are varied and need care but each is beautiful alone and glorious when seen in the community of peers’. Froebel
