Childcare is more than a profession. It is a passion and requires dedication, commitment, drive and intelligence. Our large team of excellent practitioners are highly valued and our retention rate for staff is very high. We recognise that highly skilled practitioners offer the best opportunities for young children and with that in mind, training, supporting, supervising and developing our team is high on our agenda. Our Forest School ethos is embedded throughout the whole nursery and all children and practitioners benefit from our extensive gardens and visits to the local community and parks. Comments and suggestions from staff are encouraged as we constantly reflect on ways to improve our outstanding nursery. If you would like to join our dynamic team, please send your CV and our application form below to enquiries@dimplesnursery.co.uk or call 01322 285885.
Job Application Form
We are currently advertising for the following staff vacancies due to expansion and due to multiple staff pregnancies over the last few years (so many we have lost count!)

We never usually recruit senior staff as we pride ourselves on 'growing our own' senior staff. However many of our team have been with us for between 5-10 years (which is fantastic) but it also means many of them are now having their own babies. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate Deputy Room Leader to join our team. You must have excellent knowledge of the EYFS, genuinely love working with children, be a team player with excellent leadership skills, be imaginative, creative and you must love the outdoors. knowledge of schematic play and Forest Schools is preferable but not essential.
