Welcome to Dimples Day Nursery.

Dimples is a family owned day nursery and Preschool near Dartford, providing a home from home environment where your children can flourish and learn. Our purpose built nursery has first rate facilities, top class equipment and highly professional full and part time staff. When designing the building great attention has been placed on safety, security, accessibility, suitability and play space. We have full day care available for children aged 3 months to five years. We also have a sessional pre-school which is open term time only from 09.00-12.00. Sessional Thursday afternoon sessions are also available. A holiday club is available for school age children during the main school holidays. Outdoor play is a strong feature of our daily routine and we spends lots of time outside. We are passionate about our nursery and take great pride in our ‘outstanding’ Ofsted and tirelessly seek to reflect on our practice in order to continually make improvements. We think that Dimples is a very special place and we hope that you will too. Every nursery room has its own range of toys and equipment, which have been carefully selected to meet the developing needs of each age group and our holiday club is situated upstairs in the main building and caters for school children aged 4-11 years. Dimples is situated in an 8 acre site and the nursery makes excellent use of this fantastic outdoor space. The children have free flow access to the superbly equipped and well supervised areas directly outside of their rooms throughout large chunks of the day. There are various solid canopies throughout the nursery that enable free flow play in wet and fine weather and canvas canopies to protect children against the sun. All children are given the opportunity to use the Rainbow garden, the huge tree trunk and the nature area/fields behind the nursery. Ofsted 2011 “The garden is laid out to delight and entice.” We hope our website provides some insight into our ethos here at Dimples as well as providing you with the details you need to make your choice. However, there is no better way to know if a nursery is right for your child than to visit it first-hand. So we do hope you will give us an opportunity to show how we can provide a ‘home from home’ for your child too. The nursery was Ofsted inspected in April 2011 & once again we were granted “Outstanding”
