Room Leader
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate, movitated and who loves the outdoors. Excellent leadership skills, outstanding knowledge of the EYFS & child development and genuine love of children is essential. Knowledge of schematic play and Forest school is preferable.

Level 3 Deputy Team Leader
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate deputy room leader to join our team. You must have excellent knowledge of the EYFS, genuinely love working with children, be a team player with excellent leadership skills, be imaginative, creative and you must love the outdoors. Knowledge of schematic play and Forest Schools is preferable but not essential.

Level 2 and 3 Practitioners
We are recruiting for hard working and passionate practitioners who are qualified to levels 2,3 or higher. Full time positions working 40 hours per week. All applicants must have up to date knowledge and experience in a nursery setting. A strong knowledge of the EYFS and a love for the outdoors is essential.

Work Based Learner/Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated, hard working and dedicated apprentice to work 40 hours per week and train on the job for their NVQ 2 or 3. The ideal student will be aged 17-19 and wish to pursue a career in childcare. The initial training contract will be for one year and you will be paid a training allowance each month. Experience working with children is desirable.

Bank Staff
An experienced level 2 or 3 practitioner to join our bank staff team. We do not use agency staff as we believe it is better for the children to see the staff regularly.
